About FPCA

The Forest Park Civic Association (FPCA) represents an urban neighborhood of roughly 25,000 in the city of Springfield, Massachusetts. Our neighborhood has a mix of historic homes, two and three family dwellings, and apartment buildings.

The Forest Park Civic Association is a volunteer association of neighbors who want to make the neighborhood better. Formed nearly fifty years ago to stop commercial encroachment on the gateway to Forest Park, Sumner Avenue, the FPCA has become a strong volunteer neighborhood action and social group.

The FPCA meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm (except for July and August). Meetings are held at a variety of locations, such as the schools, library, churches and community organizations, within the Forest Park neighborhood.  Check out  the "Events" section for meeting updates (agendas, locations etc.).
